Description : This jelly can be made without heating, with excellent in transparency, slip fresh taste , good water retention , moderated strength, good flexibility ; No need to heat, thus reducing the production cost, avoiding waste of resources .

White sugar 5-10
Glucose syrup 10- 15
Fruit juices, flavors, food color appropriate amount
Add water to 100%
Reference Process:
1. Mix the jelly powder and white sugar together uniformly, add them into cold water while stirring .
2. Continue to stir until the jelly powder is completely dissolved .
3. Add fruit juice, flavor, color filling and then seal and pack.
4. Water bath pasteurized sterilized 15 minutes, the center temperature should reach 85 ℃ .
5. The cold bath cooling or natural cooling, stay for a while for shaping.
6. Wrap up and store.
Please Note : This product can form jelly gel without heating . The sterilization process is mainly to control microbial contamination.
